After a long day of work, 35+ Guests arrived at Docusigns picturesque Main Street office. With the view of the bay bridge in the background guests arrived to a glass of Penfold’s own Chardonnay and some light nibbles.
At 6pm everyone sat down for a presentation by Penfolds North American representative Charlotte Rawa. She then proceeded to teach the interesting story behind each glass of Penfolds Wine. The Slideshow gave an intriguing insight into everything Penfolds, from exclusive interviews with their vintners and drone footage of their many locations around the world.
A practical topographic allowed for visualisation of altitudes impacts on growing conditions.
They were then introduced to 6 wines, the first two being an Eden Valley Riesling and a Yattarna Chardonnay
The following three reds were a St Henri Shiraz, a Magill Estate Shiraz and a Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvingon.
The final (and most highly anticipated) wine was a signature Penfolds 2014 Grange.
The recommendations and tasting were very well received with many of the attendees going on to order more cases!
We’d like to thank our hosts Docusign for the picturesque location and great hospitatlity from their team.
Also to Penfolds for cohosting this succesful event, keep your eyes peeled for the next one!
And finally to the Australian American Chamber of Commerce
