Candidates should have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, be entrepreneurial, and have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently. Specifically, we are interested in candidates with substantive corporate, securities and M&A experience, including entity formation and governance, financing and restructuring, business and technology transactions mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic joint ventures.
