Resonance Consultancy’s latest list of Europe’s top cities places London firmly in first place for the second year in a row. The annual ranking conducts research into 180 European cities to determine the best location in which to live, visit and invest. Of the 27 categories used to measure the quality of each city, London topped 12 of them, receiving praise for its extensive transport links, array of new restaurants and tourism, and having visitor numbers bounce back to pre-2020 levels.
