The Anatomy of a $40 Million Dollar Commercial Real Estate Transaction
The transaction world of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) can often be a long complicated dance between the seller and the buyer. The sale portion of the transaction comprised three Commercial Sales totaling $15.75 Million (2 retail centers and 1 single family). HinkinsREA brokered the sale of the two Bay Area commercial centers for a sale price of $14.1mm. As a result, we were able to identifying a suitable and qualified buyer for the assets. The Buyer had the financial ability to purchase ‘all-cash’ without a loan contingency and to allow the Seller an extended escrow period to identify their replacement portfolio.
