Stuart Keirle is currently the Executive Business Development Director of Preferred Bank, based in San Francisco. He brings over 30 years of banking and financial experience with Barclays Bank internationally in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the United States and locally with Commercial Bank of San Francisco, America California Bank, and First National Bank of Northern CA.
He also spent a decade in the international logistics business with the Harper Group as their Chief Financial Officer and was President of their in-house trading company – Circle Trade Services.
Mr. Keirle is a graduate of the American Bankers Association – School of Banking (Rutgers NJ) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) – London.
Mr. Keirle acts as the voluntary CFO of the British Benevolent Society of California and sits on the Advisory Board for the Mostly British Film Festival – an annual San Francisco event.
