Chris advises on the accounting and reporting aspects of Deals in the Technology Sector. He works collaboratively with client teams to effectively work through change, whether caused by a transaction or regulatory change. Chris is also responsible for driving our digital and automation efforts in the deals business.

Chris has over 25 years experience in the technology sector and has worked with many top tier clients in the sector. Chris has advised his clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, SEC and internal investigations, restatements as well as numerous IPO’s. He successfully lead teams at several multinational technology companies through their implementations of the new accounting standards as well as the complexities arising from the rapid evolution of their business models.
Chris is known for his ability to build strong relationships with clients that allow them to address together their complex transactions in a trustworthy manner.
Chris lives in San Jose with his wife, three teenage children and a small menagerie of pets.

Chris is a California CPA and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
