The event began with half an hour of networking before the BABC and venue sponsor, OFX, introduced themselves and Adrian Bray from BABC’s Corporate Member Assay Advisory who lead the Workshop. The content of this workshop was adapted from the CEO skills workshop that Adrian runs within his firm, teaching both current and developing leadership skills to manage people, departments and their career to the best possible outcomes with a focus on the intrinsic link between the growth of a business and the development of a career.

This workshop was an interesting mix of audience participation, group work and vocalized techniques from Adrian and provided attendees a fresh outlook on the skills required to proactively manage both their career and their staff, allowing them to walk away confident in their leadership and management abilities.

Following the event, attendees made full use of the opportunity to talk with Adrian and Jason, as well as Sam from the BABC about how their respective companies could generate business for them and their clients, aptly rounding off an incredibly successful event.
