F&L joins ZEDRA

There will be some exciting changes happening at F&L in the next few months.

When ZEDRA decided to enter the global expansion marketplace they were looking for a partner that shared their values. It soon became clear that F&L is a perfect fit. ZEDRA believes in “solid foundations, local knowledge and expertise; the boldness to take on today’s global challenges with an innovating and encouraging entrepreneurial spirit in an ever-evolving regulatory environment; and the fresh ambition to offer more.” At F&L we have regularly received approaches from other companies with a view to acquiring our business, which is testament to the fantastic things our employees do for clients. For one reason or another, none of them seemed to be right for us. Until now. ZEDRA and F&L is a powerful combination; we are very excited and we hope you will be too.

What does this mean for you?

You will have to get used to calling us by a different name and email addresses will change in due course but day to day, it is business as usual. The same people, the same culture and the same plain English, practical advice you have come to expect from us. Only now we have new resources and capabilities to continue building a premier global expansion service.

What does this mean for us?

All our wonderful colleagues – your trusted and valued contacts here – will become part of the ZEDRA family! Our head office remains in London, with overseas offices in San Francisco and Târgoviște. Everyone will be doing just as many awesome things at ZEDRA. We are incredibly proud of what the F&L team has achieved and we will continue to lead this dedicated and talented group of superstars as we start this new adventure.

Our story continues…

Gabriel set out a vision in 1997 to make F&L a different type of international adviser. He wanted to help companies expand into the UK in the right way, by building long term relationships with clients and solving their problems pragmatically. F&L’s mission was to do a great job and make as many friends as possible along the way. As the business grew, that ethos remained at our core. Even though 23 years later we now advise more than 500 clients in approximately 75 countries, we remain focussed on the quality of our relationships, striving to be a partner to our clients and not just an adviser. The similarities with ZEDRA’s approach to business are endless and we look forward to continuing our story with our 500 new friends and colleagues.
