On Wednesday, April 22, at 7:00 PM EDT, President Trump signed the Executive Order, “Proclamation Suspending Entry of Immigrants who Present Risk to the U.S. Labor Market During the Economic Recovery Following the COVID-19 Outbreak.” This Executive Order has no impact on immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based immigration processes for individuals already living and working in the U.S.
