Terms & Conditions

1. This discount is only open to Eligible Participants. Book by 31 March 2020 and travel by 31 March 2021.
2. British Airways reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. Eligible Participants confirm that they accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligible flights – In order to take part in this offer, Eligible Participants must make a Qualifying Booking. A Qualifying Booking is any British Airways or American Airlines long-haul flight on selected booking classes in any of the cabins, World Traveller (booking class O,Q,N,S,V,L,M,K), World Traveller Plus (booking class E,T), Club World (booking class I,R). Bookings departing from the USA and Canada.
4. This offer is for non-Corporate travel only and must not be used for Business Corporate travel.
5. Discounted tickets can be purchased online only.
6. Person entitled to the discount needs to be in the travelling party.
7. American Airlines and American Eagle flights with a BA flight number that connect to BA operated, AA operated with BA flight numbers and IB operated with BA flight numbers transatlantic flights are permitted.
8. No stop-overs are allowed.
9. The discount is applicable to bookings for children and infants, when contained on the same booking as an adult.
10. Discounts are available on BA flights only, and are not valid for discounts on BA holidays (hotel + flight or hotel + car), hotels, car rental or other Avios-related Reward.
11. The discount is valid for bookings of up to nine passengers.
12. BA provides no guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets on your preferred flight. Certain flights may have very limited or no availability on certain dates because of existing bookings.
13. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
14. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or deal, including but not limited to: (i)redemption bookings; (ii) travel agent or industry discounted fares (including agency, industry, employee discounts), inclusive holidays, group discount fares, child/infant fares or senior citizen fares, whether or not booked in one of the qualifying classes (iii) bookings made with vouchers, (iv) upgrades, (v) in conjunction with any BA staff friends and family offers (for example, Hotlines), (vi) some very low and special fares are excluded from
the offer.
15. No cash or credit alternative is available for this offer.
16. Discounts cannot be used retrospectively.
17. All bookings made are subject to the fare rules for the class of the ticket booked including (but not limited to) ticket flexibility, change fees, cancellations or refunds. Any refund or cancellation made over the telephone is subject to a service charge.
18. All travel on BA flights is subject to British Airways general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary.
19. BA reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this offer and any tickets issued free or at promotional prices in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BA.
20. This discount can be applied to selected fare before taxes, fees and charges and to all Long-haul destinations operated by British Airways and American Airlines departing from the USA and Canada in selected booking classes in World Traveller (economy), World Traveller Plus (premium economy), Club World (business class).
