BPM Advisory Partner Jenise Gaskin Named One of the 2018 Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business

BPM LLP announced today that Jenise Gaskin, Advisory Partner, has been recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business by the San Francisco Business Times. The “Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business” celebrates the top 130 women who demonstrate leadership, achievement, and influence in their industry and community.

With over 30 years of public accounting experience, Jenise founded BPM’s Pension Consulting Practice and currently leads the Firm’s Outsourced Accounting Practice. When she is not with her clients, Jenise is regularly hosting trainings, workshops and events for her team, to reinforce her supportive and “can do” attitude. She was an early champion of ProVisors and has seen it spread all over the Bay Area.

“I am proud to serve on the Firm’s Board of Directors and Management Committee,” said Jenise. “Studies have shown that companies with more diverse boards and management teams are more successful – a true testament to our organization. At BPM, 57 percent of our senior managers are made up of women and 24 percent of our partners are made up of women.”

Most recently, BPM was recognized as a “Best Place to Work” by the
San Francisco Business Times and ranked as the number one firm in diversity – women, in Vault’s 2019 Accounting 50. Earlier in the year, BPM earned Inavero’s “Best of Accounting Award,” in client service excellence for the third consecutive year.

Jenise joined BPM in 1992 as the sixth partner and is currently the Firm’s longest running employee. Today, the company has over 40 partners and approximately 470 employees worldwide.

The “Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business” winners will be recognized at an awards gala on June 5, 2018.
