F&L Director Kerry Hudson was awarded Expatriate Payroll Manager of the Year 2017 at the Global Payroll Association Awards 2017 held in Amsterdam on the 8 June.

Alongside Kerry, Sungae Han and Emma Henderson received Highly Commended recognition for their outstanding contribution to the industry as Payroll Manager and Payroll Student of the Year respectively.

About the GPA Awards

The ceremony took place in the iconic Westerkerk on the banks of the Prinsengracht canal in Amsterdam, bringing together professionals from across the world who work in the global or domestic payroll industry. The event celebrated technical excellence and outstanding professional performance amongst the industry’s unsung heroes, including payroll managers, expatriate teams, in-country providers and software suppliers. The highly regarded judging panel included David Spencer (Deloitte), Falicia Cheek (The Hackett Group), Nick Bryant (State Street Bank), Zennie Sjölund (Srf Konsulterna) Lisa Orton (KPMG) and Marcel Van der Sluis (Netherlands Institute for the Register of Payroll Accounting).
