Carr McClellan Welcomes New Attorneys
Burlingame Law Firm Carr McClellan has been pleased to welcome a number of attorneys to the firm recently.
Helen A. Christakos joins its Corporate & Business Group as Senior Counsel and Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. She represents clients in commercial transactions involving cutting edge intellectual property (IP) and technology issues. Prior to joining Carr McClellan, Helen was a member of the IP group at Greenberg Traurig LLP.
Manroop “Roop” Purewal is the newest member of Carr McClellan’s Real Estate Group. He counsels clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, entitlements, development, environmental review, and zoning.
Melissa Hung has joined the Estate Planning, Trusts & Wealth Transfer Group.
